2005-06 Crayola Dream-Makers Exhibition at The Citadel Mall
“Weaving What We Are”

Current Elementary Schools - You are allowed one student per grade level

Middle School Mini-Site and Alumni Schools – You are allowed a total of 3 pieces (white-out incorrect grade level and retype)

Instructions:

• This is the list the exhibition program will be created from. Make a copy and place the original list in the portfolio envelope and keep the copy for your school's records.
  
• The DreamStatement is on the KCIC website for you to download, print completed statements onto white paper (KCIC will mount onto black cardstock before installation) do not affix Dream-Statement to the mat or artwork and make a paper copy to label the artwork on the back, lower right-hand corner. Place Dream-Statements in portfolio envelopes along with completed Parent Permission Forms (also on the KCIC website).
  
• Eligibility: Current schools may submit up to 6 pieces of art for K-5 schools or 7 pieces of art for K-6 schools. Middle and Alumni Schools are allowed a total of 3 pieces of art for this exhibition (any combination of grade levels – but try to get a good representation of your student body).
  
• Final Deadline to submit art/packet is February 20, 2003. We highly recommend that you deliver completed art/packet to the February Working Committee Meeting.
