How to Become an Imagination Celebration Site School?
We usually have 30-40 Participating Site Schools each year-some are at the beginning of their 3-year program commitment, while others are soon to rotate out of our program. Select schools may be approached by Imagination Celebration for participation, or an administrator, teacher, or parent may contact Imagination Celebration staff to complete an application form to begin the selection process.

Applications are accepted throughout the year, but are generally reviewed in the spring for the upcoming school year. Depending on the date of application and review by Imagination Celebration staff who will verify the school's eligibility and on space availability-notification of acceptance is given usually within 4-6 weeks. Congratulatory letters are sent to schools either in late May, early June, or in August.
