It memorializes the fire fighting efforts [of water resources in the Waldo Canyon Fire. This water dragon is a metaphor for the united efforts of so many heroic people. It also commemorates Water 2012 – a Colorado year-long celebration of this precious resource. Soft green border is symbolic of our beautiful environment.
