We’ll be using the “I am from” poetry prompt as the anchor of the session.
Experience poetry and writing like never before as participants from Colorado Springs and Santos, Brazil interact in real time through a live virtual experience in the large screen “Portal” named “Sojourner
Throughout September of 2023, Pikes Peak Poet Laureate, Ashley Cornelius will lead a series of workshops focusing on various aspects of global community and communication. Learn about yourself and celebrate community while connecting with poets from around the globe. At the conclusion of the workshop series, Ashley will create a collaborative poem drawn from the collective experiences of those who participated.
